Aury is an AI-powered psychological support company. Today we offer one course — Digital Stress Management with Aury — delivered through our web app at app.aury.co. The course is currently in a free testing phase.
After signing up on the web app, you complete 8 structured sessions (~15 minutes each) at your own pace. Sessions draw on evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, personalized to your individual stress profile.
During the current testing phase, yes — Digital Stress Management with Aury is free for early-access users. Once the course completes ZPP certification in Germany, it is designed to be reimbursable via your statutory health insurer.
Yes. Aury is ISO 27001 certified, hosts all course data on EU servers, and is fully GDPR compliant. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. Aury provides psychoeducational support based on evidence-based methods. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat psychological disorders. For acute symptoms or clinical conditions, please reach out to a licensed psychotherapist.
Adults (18+) interested in stress management, resilience, and mental well-being. Aury is currently developed primarily for the German market and German-speaking users, with full English localization on the website.
The website is fully bilingual. The course content itself is currently available in German; English course support is on our roadmap.

An 8-session structured prevention course built on evidence-based CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques. Topics include recognizing your stress patterns, building healthy coping strategies, relaxation techniques, and long-term resilience. Developed by psychologists in Germany.
The course is currently in certification review with the German Central Prevention Authority (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention, ZPP). Once certified, you will be able to submit your participation certificate together with the payment receipt to your statutory health insurer for reimbursement.
Aury previously offered check-ins via WhatsApp. That version is currently being refactored and is not available right now. We're focused on the stress management course and will share news as we roll out additional products.
